Our office will be closed on July 4th in celebration of Independence Day. Services will resume on July 5th. Those who have scheduled themselves to work on this day will need to work their hours as planned. Support services will still be available to you through your QAPF’s and chat support when taking calls for clients. Be sure to review your SOW to ensure you are working according to the clients requirements on this holiday. Some clients require servicing on this holiday so briefly check to make sure you are in compliance with your contract.
