NEW ASSESSMENT PROCESS BEGINS

Last month you received communication about exciting changes that are underway at Arise to create a platform experience that revolves around you.  As part of our Arise® Platform evolution, we are excited to announce the launch of an upgraded and much improved assessment process.

 Starting today, agents will have a more engaging and personalized assessment experience.  The new assessment, which agents will take prior to enrolling in a certification course, incorporates people science and specialized questions and scenarios to help determine if a program is a good fit.  

 

How will it work?

After an agent selects their contractor path, they will be directed from the Opportunity Board to complete their assessment.  If an agent currently in the enrollment process has already selected a path, they will be prompted to take the new assessment the next time they enroll in a new opportunity.

 This new assessment will take approximately the same amount of time to complete as the previous one – we recommend setting aside a quiet 45 minutes.  If the agent does not pass the assessment, they will need to wait 30 days before attempting to take it again.

 

The great news?

Once an agent passes this assessment, it will be valid for at least 6 months for any program. That means that if they enroll in another course within 6 months, they will not have to take another assessment!

 We hope you are as excited about this change as we are!  Please encourage your agents to enroll in a certification course soon and experience it for themselves.  At the end of the assessment, there is an opportunity to share comments – all feedback is truly welcomed!
