Here is a question that came to me from a fellow Arise IBO.

Hi Edward,

I have been an IBO with Arise for about 2 years now. I am getting frustrated at the fact that agents will have me help them to go through all the steps to get started with my company and then once they are all set, they work for a while and then they want to leave. They ask me to release them so they can go to someone else or they don't want to work with Arise at all. This has happened to me many times already.

I was thinking about charging a fee for their departure or billing my usage fee for the remainder of their SOW in hopes of discouraging them from leaving.

What do you think the best approach should be to stop agents from leaving my business?
