REMOTE WORKERS FEEL JUST AS PRODUCTIVE AS BEING IN THE OFFICE

According to the “State of Remote Work 2021”, 90% of remote workers felt just as productive or more so than being in the office. The survey found that 1% of employees that worked from home during the pandemic were less productive. Complaints of technology issues and ridiculous oversight processes seem to darken the experience for workers at home.

Oddly, managers were still skeptical of the remote work possibilities. In fact, 36% were worried about employee productivity. They feared that there would be a lack of employee engagement.

Well people may be on both sides of the fence about working remotely, the truth is that we didn’t have a choice due to the pandemic. But now that things are improving, many companies are hybrids.
